Natural fast food restaurants Leon opened their doors last week to four Switchback Trainees and Switchback Mentors Joe and Kat.
Switchback Trainees Riel, Tapiwa, Aragorn and Abdul sat down for a Q&A with Leon’s John (General Manager) and Vida (Internal Comms & Wellbeing) in their Tottenham Court Road branch. They talked about the ethos behind the restaurant, and John answered questions about what it’s like to work at Leon.
John gave the Switchback Trainees a tour of the kitchen, impressing them with how the food was made quickly and efficiently. Sufficiently inspired, Switchback Trainees all received a Leon meal voucher, which two Switchback Trainees used immediately – enjoying their food on the way home!
Riel said “I’m really glad I came today”, and Aragorn – who has a particular interest in developing his chef skills – said that if he had a restaurant, he’d want to base it around similar healthy principles.
